I just finished reading the seventh and final book of the Harry Potter series. A wonderful ending to a wonderful series. I was right about it, and so very wrong. it was everything I'd hoped and more. I've enjoyed this series more than any other that I've read in the last half dozen or so years at least, and I've enjoyed it far more than I ever thought I would.
Maybe some day I'll discuss what I think of the book (under an LJ-cut to be courteous), but for now suffice it to say that it rivals The Older of the Phoenix as my favorite book in the series.
Now, I sleep.

I hated it.
HATE.
If you want to totally dork-out and have an in depth discussion of the book, I'm all for it. Call me.

Andrew - thrilled you liked the book. I liked it too. I fear it's made me an HP fan, after all this time...
