Into The Night
Apr. 6th, 2002 01:41 amGot up t'day, refreshed, to a bightly-lit room, simply flooded with sunlight. My imediate response was dispaire - it was that it was early afternoon - I'd missed all my classes, and if I wasn't quick, I'd miss work to. This isn't a good thing when I don't INTEND to do it.
Then, my roomie informed me it was only 7:30 - I had a full HOUR longer that I could sleep. With a relieved grunt, I rolled over and pulled the covers over my head.
An hour and a half later I was headed up to my 9:10 English class. That was good, and we had an interesting conversation on why there's poverty, what could be done about it, and why redistribution of the wealth would be bad. Physics was really cool because once again we were discussing relativity, and how traveling 4.5 lightyears at 90% the speed of light would take about two years... Calculus we wer talking about series and sequences, didn't get our tests back, but got out 10min early.
Work was OK. Got away with doing alot of nothing while simply entering data into a speadsheet as Bonnie gave it to me. Then Charles and I went to check Dancing Dots in the music school, sand it's still not working. I'll have t'let Aaron know.
Then, I came home and decided to work on those two decks I keep talking about. I managed to finish my Black-Splashed-Green Zombie deck. I'll save all but those interested from my explaination.
"As you can see, a lot of thought goes into creating color hosers. So the next time one is beating you down, take a moment to admire the aesthetics and subtlety of the card smashing your head in."
