I know there are people out there who would know better than I -- how would I cite a paper like This(.pdf)? Or a website like This? How does one cite a telephone interview?
What style are you using? MLA? Chicago style? APA? The citation styles will be different based on the system you are using.
Basic rules for websites are: the address, the date it was created or last updated, the date you accessed it, the author/moderator/whatever, and the title of the page. But the order and how you actually cite it all differs on the style used.
Any style book worth its salts has a complete section on citing those things and more. Little Brown is the one I work from most for MLA, although MLA also has a complete online reference if you're ever stuck.
