An hour and a half and I want to be out of here.
I am near-deaf, I can't barely hear anything and I hate it.
It makes me feel... I donno. Like I don't expect myself to be able to accomplish anything.
And the great dampening in my ears is really annoying.
Blarg, I say, to ear infections.
Maybe I should go back to the doctors and see what they say, cause my hearing has gotten worse.
The Internet (email, LJ, and AIM) are still very quiet.

Ear infections are terrible! *mental hugs* Definitely go to the doctor and get antibiotics. You dont want to let that go unchecked!

I went to the doctor about a week ago, and they said it's not bacterial, so antibiotics wouldn't help even if I got them. So, it has been checked. Yesterday was the worst, I felt all-pbut-deaf and couldn't hardly hear a thing! Today my hearing's still rather muffled, but I think I can feel my ears clearing up, so here's hoping...

Hi Andrew! And yes, I did follow you home from the Comic feed :P Hope you don't mind! I usually read the journals of people who leave comments to my comments in the comic feed. If their journal is interesting and they seem like nice people, I usually comment. Also, I have been cursed with ear infections since I have been little so I know the horror you are living with now.

Quite alright. I have a number of Friends who I've made cause they followed me from one spot or another -- a couple were even completely random! (I do that, too, now and again, visit stranger's LJs and leave random comments.) I almost never leave comments in the comics feed -- far too unstructured, like talking to someone in a public restroom, or something. But sometimes I just feel I should say something, and I do. Or something.

Myself, I never get sick. Like, this is the second time in three years that I haven't been completely well (physically speaking). The ear infection isn't that bad, really -- there's no pain, so that's good, and it hasn't been keeping me up at night. But all sounds are muffled, and that's just annoying. I think it may be clearing up now, though, and I hope it is; I hate not being able to hear things.
