So, I forgot to mention: yesterday was my sister Jenny's birthday. Contrary to popular belief (read: what I tell people), Jenny's actually older than me (most of you already know this). She turned 24, so it's getting more and more difficult to shock people by saying "My sister's your age and has four kids."

I called her up in the middle of the day and when she picked up I went right into a stirring rendition of "Happy Birthday." She says I sing pretty well.  ^_^;;

But yes. I love my sister.

I... I think I just had my first Thesis Meeting.
I'm really afraid of getting in over my head. But this topic does sound rather interesting.
I have fear.

I am very pleased with myself.
I have gotten my tools worked up here on Miss Unicron and, by leaps and bounds, I'm already almost done this graphics project.
The only bit I'm missing is one of my textures isn't displaying corretly, a small issue that, if I don't solve tonight, I'll ask him about tomorrow morning.
This is a very good thing.
Maybe I'll go get some dinner, now...

So, there are a lot of movies I never get around to seeing. This includes classics like "The Godfather Trilogy," as well as newer releases like "Cinderella Man" and "The Italian Job." Part of this is because I don't like watching movies alone, but I'm getting better about that; so long as the movie is engaging enough, some popcorn or pizza will do me fine. The other part is that it's always been inconvenient for me to go out and rent movies and take them back.

So, I'm about three steps away from signing up for NetFlix. And while I'll listen if any of you have anything horrid to say about them, I've pretty much decided to go ahead with it. What I *do* need, though, are suggestions for movies I should watch. I don't even know what's out there, half the time. So, if you'd kindly leave a comment (or three) suggesting a movie (or twelve) that you think I'd like or have to watch anyways, it would be greatly appreciated.
