It's Been Forever

I was at gramma's last night, and forgot my contact solution. Rather than leave said contacts in my eyes over night (TRUST me, you don't want to do that) I borrowed some of Gramma's solution. except, she wears hard contacts. And her solution was ticker than mine is. And when I put them in this morning, they were all slimey. And by this evening, they were killing my eyes, so I took them out. But I forgot my glasses at Gramma's. So I'm blind.
This week has been so hectic. I wrote about my weekend with Claire - she says some of the most wonderful things, sometimes. ^^ One day I'll have to write them all down so I remember them. I'll move on before I digress into a puddle of goo.
On monday I had an English paper due, but I was over at gramma's for Sunday night, and she didn't wake me in the morning. My class started at 9:00, which is about the time I woke up. O.o Dressing an out the door quickly, I was on the road by 9:10. i was in DC by 9:30. I got to school at 9:45. But class had closed up early. It was my 5th abscence - that means 1/2 a letter grade lowwer. I found my teacher in his psudo-office, and giving him my paper, asked if I could explain myself. After hearinmg the sory, he laughed and said he wouldn't count the abscence. Also a plus, i was rather proud of that paper, too.
Tuesday was very forgettable - and as such, I have forgotten it. Wednesday, Gene came to CUA for a tour, and I walked around with him, did a little banking, replaced my ID, and showed him WarCraft. That evening I also joined the Knights of Columbus - a Catholic Fraternal Order - more cause a couple friends wouldn't leave me alone than any true interest in the organization. It looks like it may be fun, though. I'm not allowed to talk about the ceremony, but I will say it involved a goat, live rats, and a kerocene lamp....
Today I spent at Gramma's. I actually went over Wednesday night and stayed up unril after 3am playing Gene in Magic, and listening to music, and eating pizza, and talkng about Role-playing... he's really a pretty cool guy (but tell him I said that and I'll...think very mean thoughts). We then slept till noon, upon which time we got up, played More Magic, and then caught the metro to my Aunt's house were we had dinner with her and her family (Claire, this would be back at Brooke's house, where the party was), my dad, and their pastor - a youngish-looking priest who's 10-yr anniversery is this comming May. He was a very cool guy, who got Dad's sence of homor, which always earns points inmy book. Then Gene and I played a few MORE games of Magic (it really IS that much fun - Niffer, i'm not obsessed, don't kill me) and played some with Brooke and Alexis (my lil cousins) until my mom called. She was a blast to talk with, and we finally got outta there at aboit 11:00. I was home at 12:00.
Tomarrow I have my English Final and a Physics test. I want to get some CompSci done before going over to Gramma's. I need to call my Uncle about getting storage for my dorm stuff. I needa talk with my other uncle abouyt upgrading my phone, then I need to get my Train Ticket for next weekend. This weekend i'm going to Va Beach for my Nephew's baptism, and me and Gene are prolly gonna get more cards (a booster box of Odyssey...).
Gramma also wants to know what I want for me birthday O.o I donno what I want. I haven't thought about it. Maybe generic stuff, like 74min CD-Rs, a new CD player, Generous sums of cash (in small, unmarked bills), a second hard-drive, sunglasses, new shirts, some black jeans, new shoes (?), Legos, Magic cards, video games, a Savatage CD....? I really donno.
Oh, and I got a $50 parking ticket cause my bumper was a little out of the zone. Dam I love DC...
