This article reminded me of a quote I heard once, something about how the only difference between buisnessman and criminal (or maybe it was 'right and wrong,' or 'legal and illegal' or something like that) was government sanction.

I remember reading that for a cholesterol article, the doctor who was being paid by the dairy and beef, and fiber associations mentioned several times that fiber would help lower cholesterol, but only made one vague reference about possibly changing diet to lower cholesterol.
