I, Robot -- Thumbs Up. I liked it both for itself and for the concepts it discussed. Good Movie.
AI - Artificial Intelligence -- Thumbs Down. I liked what it was talking about, but I think it pulled most of it off really poorly. it tried to do three things when I think it would have been better to just stay with two. And the movie would have been so much better if they left of where they should have; so very much more sad, but so much better.

cool. i liked "i, robot" as well. i didn't think it was the greatest movie itself, but i thought the concepts and messages they were trying to get across were good.

I felt much the same, though it's difficult for me to admit that without getting "OMG WTF HOW CAN ANY MOVIE STARRING WILL SMITH HAVE ANY RELEVANCE ARE YOU A FAN OF REAL CINEMA OR AREN'T YOU OMG OMG OMG TRAITOR TO THE CAUSE" from several directions. But I liked the damn movie, and I pretty much love Will Smith. So there.

I've actually liked a number of movies Will Smith has done. I think that number is two, but still... I think he does a pretty good job. He's at least as good an actor as, say, Harrison Ford.

Your... I really don't know what to think of that icon. But it makes me giggle. And I think that makes me a bad person.  :p

::laughs:: Well, I don't think it does. It makes me giggle too, mainly because of how ludicrous the source of the icon was. Ohhhh Tijuana bibles... >__
