jackofallgeeksI can't do this. I don't know how to do this. I haven't learned this, and I've no time to figure it out. I'm in over my head, and out of my league. I shouldn't be here.

[Update 01:58am]: I started getting somewhere in the Ada program. My problems there had been pointer-related, but Ada's a much more beautiful language than C, which here means she gave me meaningful-enough error messages that I could Google what I was doing wrong. I'm not *sure* that I'm doing things right, but it compiles, and Ada won't compile unless she's happy. C still sucks. But I think I may go to bed.

I did get some things done, though. in addition to getting some of that Ada stuff going, I just finished pecking my way through the YACC program I 'finished' today -- and a good thing, too, as it was buggy as hell. C still sucks. -smiles-
And I might dispute the fact that I'm 'brilliant,' but you're right that I'm really not one to give up, and that I do need sleep. I'm even considering going to class tomorrow (it's nearly 3am now; the chances are slim).
