Does anyone know if Mirrormask is still in theatres anywhere?
Does anyone know if it'll still be there when I get home next month?
Does anyone know any good movies that will be worth seeing while I'm home?

This is one of those "Good News-Bad News" things...

Good News: Still playing in Baltimore.

Bad News: Only remaining listed shows are today and tomorrow.

Yeah, I just looked it up, and it's showing here today and tomorrow, 5:10 and 9:30, within biking distance. I'm loathe to see movies by myself, but for this, I just might.

I hear you. I haven't seen it yet and it's tempting to take my free Thursday evening and go see it on my own.

It got a 50% rating on RottenTomatoes, but it was also compared to Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal, which are both movies I still really like, so I have to see it in theatres, or I'll be kicking myself. :p

Its definately worth seeing, even by yourself. I absolutely loved it, but its the sort of movie that I don't think most of the world is ready for. The plot is pretty standard fairy tale, but its still a brilliant movie. Go see it!

I've actually made plans to see it tonight with my single (non-school) friend in all of California (where 'all of' here means 'the Monterey area of').
