Yes, well, it seems Claire won't be getting here until THREE IN THE FLIPPING AFTERNOON tomarrow. *Anger* Her grandmother is comming along, and they can't check into the hotel until 3:00, and they can't really do anything with her until then....so, Three it is.

That I could handle. Generally. Except that, last I was told, we could only be together until about 7:00. *seethe* FOUR hours? I want to break something.

It gets better. See, Claire's not allowed to use her car, either. So we have to use the metro. But wait! I have to meet them at the hotel, rather than Claire just comming here (considering she could at the very least be dropped off, wouldn't this make MORE sense?!). SO, I have to trudge to the metro, head deep into DC, and then walk around the White House to find their hotel. *smolder* I want to break someone.

I'm not in a pleasant mood.

Hey... at least you are going to see her, period. That's more than I get. ::nudge:: Just... do what you can and enjoy what time you have together, since not a lot can change the situation as it stands, you know?

Yes, yes, I'm sure much of what I complain about you would probably kill for. It's just come as a really big disappointment, you know? I'm trying to recover from it so that I CAN enjoy my time with her. I know there's not much that can change things - but it still upsets me.

I like rain too, and that line still cracks me up! It's just a great line from an even greater movie. :-) So hows this... "Could be worse... could be sunny..."
