Here's a meme I've gotten from my friend Loki:

I know very little about some of the people on my Friends list. Some people I know relatively well. I read your fic, or we have something else in common and we chat occasionally. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you Friended me and I thank you.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say, "Ah, there's so and so - she likes office supplies and hentai."

I'd love it if every single person who Friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal(s). And then, eat some cheese.

So, yes, if you see this, please resopond. It could be enlightening.
Now, to get some cheese.

Hmm. Another random and non-obvious bit of info... my grandparents' priest suggested one year that they get me a copy of Aquinas' _Summa Theologicae_ for Christmas. Instead, they got me "The Pocket Catholic Catechism."

I'm your cousin... in some degree that we can never figure out or remember long enough to make any difference.
My favorite place in the world is in a campground, up in the mountains above Taylor Resevoir, Colorado... listening to the river, or the cows in the morning, or my grandparents and parents talking, or the pages of books turning, or the aspens quaking, or swinging in a hammock. My most cherished childhood memories took place in a similar location to the one just described.

Erm. I was a cheerleader in high school. Even went so far as to be appointed captain my junior year and go to cheer camp.

Everyone who finds that out says, "Huh. You don't seem like the cheerleader type," to which I get to respond, "I wasn't. That's the beauty of it."

Hmm...besides being a contentiously conservative Catholic with a cute kid? :) Let's see...I try to write a little every night, and recently I've been writing very dark short stories, ala my influences Stephen King and Ray Bradbury.

The tattoo on my left shoulder blade is of a tribal spider. It's not because I like spiders (I do but not enough reason to get a tat of one). I went with a friend to a psychic once when I was 17 and as soon as I walked in the door without even saying anything yet... the lady announced that I was a Scoprio, 17 yrs old, had *enter childhood tramatic event here*, said the real reason I was coming there for and that my 'inner animal' was a spider.
Needless to say, she was dead on about everything without me giving her any information. :)
