Is it Friday yet?

So, yeah, it's 8:15 now, and I'm out of things to do. I've checked my mail (I had 5 updates from LiveJournal), I checked LJ, made a few comments, checked a couple comics... I mean, This was fun, but even that gets tired after a bit.

Hung out for a time with Jenny yesterday, even though I was exhausted; she's traveled for about three hours, so I figured we might as well spend some time together. We walked around Silver Spring for a bit, mostly down Georgia, and around a few neighborhood streets (we kinda got pretty lost in there). All in all, we walked for about two hours, which was good, but did nothing for my exhaustion. My uncle had had salmon cooked for dinner, and I was just in time. I love me some salmon. but his talk-radio-blaring-through-the-house alarm went off at 5am again today, and so I'm still tired and achey.

Friday afternoon/evening I head out to Alyce's for her birthday this weekend. Then the entirety of next week will be spent in Ocean City, MD. I'll need to get directions. If all goes well, I'll spend five or six days laying out in the sun, alternately reading book-type stuff and swimming in the ocean. Or something.

I feel so over-due for a vacation. Really toasty-type burnt-out.

Can't you shut off his radio, set yours for 6 when he should be getting up and I dunno, kick him till he starts chasing you around the house? You'll both get to sleep an hour later, and be wide awake by 6:10

Well, excepting that he's my uncle, and it's his house, and I'm sleeping there, showering there, and eating their food for free -- excepting all that, yeah, I guess I could proibably go into his room, mess with his stuff, and physically beat him in the morning.
