Quiznos has a new Turkey Chipotle BBQ sub.
I still like the Traditional better.
Apropos, ne?
My friend Sara and I are looking to make a visit to Virginia Beach next weekend, she from NC and me from Here. It looks like we'll probably end up splitting the cost of a hotel room. I don't think that'd be much trouble, though having her daughter there might make things awkward. -laughs-
She also gave me the cell number for an old friend, Judith. I haven't talked with her in at least four years. I'm going to try calling her later this afternoon.
Speaking of calling, I gave Suzannah a call, and she was actually up. ^_^ We chatted for a little while, and when I asked if I might come visit sometime, she was very quick to say yes. I really hope she likes me as I imagine. Today isn't good for her, as she's going to the doctors, but I might see about stopping over for a couple hours before The Game on Friday. If all goes well at her appointment, she may be back in Front Royal working next week. That might be good, too, as far as going to visit her is concerned. Of course, there's little more than a month before school starts again.
I really like her (if you couldn't tell). I wish I wasn't as bashful with her as I am -- not that I'm constantly stumbling over myself, but where as I can be frank with, say, Beth H and say "Hey, you don't anything tonight? I'm bored," I get really hesitant asking to spend time with Suzannah.
Ha, I'm just a fool. I'm gonna go do IT-type stuff. Or, you know, putz around on AIM.
