A short narrative of my life.

I was born in Southern California, though I never lived there. My dad is a Military man, and in 18 years I moved nearly 9 times. I have held residence in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington State, Hawaii, California, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. I have passed through most other states in the nation. I played soccer for ten years, from 2nd grade all the way through junior year in highschool. I was a cub scout as a child, then a boyscout, and attained the rank of Heart Scout, a single step below Eagle. I went to a 'public' school for military kids in first grade, and ever after I was in private Catholic schools. I have been to a grand total of 5 elementary schools, two highschools, and one university. I have received a reputation for my laughter. I learned to drive when I was 15, and got my license on Christmas Eve day of my 16th year. I have been to both Disney Land and Disney World multiple times. I have been to Europe, specifically England, France, Italy, and Switzerland. I have been skiing, inner-tubing, boating, hiking, and camping. I have stood on the edge of the Grand Canyon. I have personally driven across the entire country no less than two times. I have driven countless times from DC to Richmond and Virginia Beach, several times to West Virginia, and even made multiple trips to Ohio, including a grueling ten-hour drive from my sister's 21st birthday in Virginia Beach to my lovely cousin's Confirmation in Cincinnatti. I have loved and lost. I have worked in a bagel bakery, a museum, an administrative office, and three different technical offices. I have been to several weddings and two funerals. I have forgotten and been forgotten by the great majority of people I've called friends, mostly due to moving. I have made close ties to people all across the country, mostly due to moving. I have witnessed, in a secondary sense, the birth of four of my eight siblings and all of my nieces and nephews. I have been drinking, I have been clubbing, I have learned to waltz, and I have taken any number of late night walks, some which stretch off into the early morning. I have not turned 21.
I don't believe the army when they say "You will do more in the next five years than some do in a lifetime." Too much happens in a lifetime.
