Something Happened Today.

So, yeah, I got up today and had to go to the Library for English. I got there early, so I figured I'd grab a bite from South. That was a mistake. I had about three bites of my bagel then decided the cream-cheese was more akin to sour-cream. But, it was slightly better than not eating. Slightly.
Flirted with Nina, ignored the class, I'm such a slacker. It was all on searching databases, though, and that's not something I need a lesson in. Besides, it'll be a cold day in October when I needa use that library for research.
Went to Physics, where there were about 12 of us total. That class I tried to pay attention in, but I was so out of it. The wind was amazing today - to the point where it actually slows you down when you walk. I love being able to feel the elements - rain, wind, sun - it's great.
Wanted to take a nap before Calc, but it didn't happen. Sat with Jack, Becky, Brooklyn, Becky, and Katie for lunch. That was good. I think I paid attention in Calc - I don't know.
After that, I got in the car to get the oil changed. It was all good, until I stopped at a light - and the oil pegged low! O.o My heart hasn't stopped like that since the last time I was thinking about.... *Turns an interesting shade of red* Well, it's not important what I was thinking about. But that oil thing scared the shmit outta me! In a bad way. luckily for me, that wasn't the end all be all of my trip, for it was only temporary. Apparently, almost everytime I stopped, I lost all oil pressure. Not good, but the car got me to Jiffy Lube. I think they conned me into getting some special oil I really didn't need, but the difference in price was only $10, so...
After that I drove to the bank and deposited checked totaling $255, removed the $42 for the oil, and ended up with $450 or something. But I've got a $400 Housing Deposit to pay. Luckily mis padres are paying $200 of it, but it's kinda nice to think that, in the end, I could take care of myself, y'know?
After that...uhm...I got back here and did something....As of now, three of my stresses are taken care of - car's fixed, got a roomie for next semester, and I have the deposit. I then slept till 6:00 - almost thought to skip dinner, but finally decided against it. It was a waste, but better than nothing. I had fries and some bread, with some iced tea. Yeeeeees. If it makes you feel better, Claire... that's what I did! Jenny called me at 4:00 and I made myself some soup while I talked to her, and then slept at 5:00. There, the hole is filled. ^_^
Uhm, I think that's about it - and I'm either gonna play more Brood War or zonk out on my bed again. We'll see.
