I had a number of things I wanted to say. But i'm not going to say them.
It was a harsh night. I'm an outsider at Christendom, though I'd like to belong.
Suzanna didn't come to the dance-thing.
Any number of pretty girls, and no reason to talk to any of them...
And Olivia seemed rather distant...

Gave Gene a lil'note t'give to Suzanna for me. Just my contact info and such, that we might keep in touch. Maybe.

And I forgot to mention that I really look forward to Gene being a Philosophy Major. One of the things I've found most lacking in the circles I traverse is real philosophic discussions. He's got quite a mind on him, and we had a little sophistic banter on the way home yesterday. It's nice to consider your brother as one of your good friends.

I don't know. Just the fact that you have such a large family fascinates me-- the dynamics more than anything. The mentality, the mindset. I don't know. I just think coming to know your family would be a very intriguing and intellectually satisfying process.

-grins- Lemme tell you, it's a ride. S'one of the things I like so much about having a big family, is there's just so much going on; you have these webs of interaction, it's great. And, as my parents are learning, if you raise your children correctly, they will come to respect, agree with, and even like you.  ^_^

One of the things that fascinates me the most, personally, is watching them grow, and become their own people. Josh is the best example, I think... To me, at least, there was this drastic shift right around 14 or 15, where he really started taking on his own persona... He's such an interesting character, sometimes. And watching my little sisters is going to be a new experience -- I never had little sisters before, and so it'll be... interesting to see them grow up...
