Both are little games in which you pick six words from a set list that you associate with me, and then compare the overlap between how I describe me, how you describe me, and how others describe me. The Johari is more-positive, and the Nohari is mostly-negative. I think both are fascinating.
I've gotten 15 respondents to the Johari and only 6 on the Nohari. Let's get that count up. :p
