Right. I'm a little late for this, but I figured, it being the New Year ad all, I should do as they do and review the last year. Cause, y'know, that's what they do. And stuff.
Has anyone else noticed that, at least while in school, it's difficult to segment things into one year or another? I mean, yeah, you expect a little over-flow at the edges, but the School Year is very neatly broken right in half over the New Year... Anyways, this year put in it's chips, played a few hands and, more or less, came up even. As it's my wont to do, I'll try to be candid.
The year is split more or less into three pieces -- 'Last Year,' consisting of the Spring '03 Semester; 'The Summer,' consisting of, well, the Summer; and 'This Year,' being the Fall '03 Semester. Of course, being me, I can't but barely remember anything that isn't now. I can't remember, very well at least, not knowing who I know or being where I am.
( Last Year )
( The Summer )
( This Year )
And such and stuff. That's a quick run-down, off the top of my head, of the last 'year.' And now, three days into it, we'll see what 2004 has to offer... Aside from a $50 raise in my Car Insurance! *wince*
