Christmas Update

Well, here I am again, the day after Christmas.

I love my family. We all got t'gether at Tina's for Christmas Eve, which traditionally consists of a vast array of sea-food delights. Though, somehow, I'm still not at the "Adults' Table," as being that Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts, Unces, Jenny and Shawn pack it in pretty well, someone would have to DIE before there's room for me there. Maybe if I got Married, then they'd HAVE to let us sit there... Or they'd make Jenny and Shawn sit with us. -giggles-

Christmas Day we had everyone come over here, and we had another dinner which traditionally consists of Prime Rib and Turkey. And we played games and had fun and stuff and such.

Anyways, I got a Digicam, finally! Now I can take pictures and stuff, cause I never have a camera when I want one. I took pictures last night, and I may post some of the good ones later. Pretty good quality, too, and I can take over 350 50kB pics in one sitting. Whee.

And uhm... I had something else to say...
Suzannah called today as I was eating a loverly piece of peaches and cream cheese pie (good stuff!) and after appologizing for not calling back sooner (odd, as we spoke last on the 23rd), she said that the 17th wasn't going to end up being good. So, we reschedualed to get together on the 5th, a couple days after I get back from Jenny's and a few days before she goes up to Pittsburg. So, whee. I'll see about getting pics while I'm there to post up here. -nods-

Remember how I said that Suzannah and Anastasiya lived in the same area..? Infact, that they may well live in the same neighborhood?
Well, I just got directions to Suzannah's, and they may very well live next door! -laughs-

OK, so they're not that close, but they're very near.
This amuses me.
It also amuses me at how close to my Grandparents' old house they both are.

Anyways, I'm off.

Edit: Ah, OK -- they're on opposite sides of Connecticut! -laughs-

Removal.

So, I decided to remove that lady, Crystal, from my Friend's List.

I really hate removing people. I don't know, maybe it's the sense of failure, or giving up, that seems to come with it, but things have to be either (a) really damn bad, or (2) really not even there, before I drop someone, generally. And, aside from even that, I'm reluctant to unfriend anyone because of the implied 'I don't like you' that comes with it -- which, really, is why things have to be pretty bad off to begin with. Or something.

The fact of the matter is, though, that I really don't like who she is, or at least who I've seen her t be. She seems to be a rather petty, mean-spirited, overtly (and overly) sexual... There's just a coarse lack of style and refinement in her that turns me the wrong way, and her overly-sexual and crude sense of humor is very grating to me. Her posts, for the most part, were just a sore on my page, which I would really sooner do without.
And so, I am.
