Whee, Christmas. ^_^

Uhm, let's see. Went to a Family Christmas Party last night, which was cool and stuff. This is the side of the family that I don't really know that well, seeing as I haven't seen them but four or five times in my whole life (and the ones that I'm closest with aren't even here, now - they moved to Texas). Uncle Paul was cool as always, and Aunt Caroline is always nice. And I love Aunt Katie and Aunt Jeannie. ^_^;; I do get along with my cousins, as well, if they intimidate me a bit. O.o Mikey and Freddy are cool, though, and the Girls aren't that bad.
Plus they had good food (and brownies! With no nuts!) so that's cool. We also did a gift exchange game-thingy, and I ended up with a new Alarm clock and a His-and-Hers set of watches. -grins- I guess now I just need to find a Hers, huh?

After much Online Stalking Searching, I managed to get in touch with Amanda. I got her number from Sara but couldn't find their address, as my normal means of online info-gathering requires that your phone number not be unlisted (by the by, if anyone knows a way to get around this obstacle, it would be much appreciated). When I called, her mom (my old teacher) answered and said Amanda wasn't there, and when I said it was me, she was like "The Andrew?" Heh heh, I almost felt like a celebrity. Or something.

In any case, Amanda called me back at the unGodly hour of 11pm (that's 2am for you East Coasters) and we chatted while people were leaving the party. At one point I made the mistake of going in to say good-bye to my Aunts (I'm really only awkward with my cousins) and I got harassed for being on the phone with a girl.
^_^;;  People never grow up...

Uhm, yes. I forget what I was saying.
Merry Christmas!

Whee!
I love my family. ^_^
It's a grand Christmas Eve. We just finished our traditional Seafood Christmas Eve Dinner -- which was wonderous this year -- and I've spent the last ten minutes playing with Emily. She's so cute! I love those girls. ^__^ The tree looks great, the presents are piled around it, and Greg is being quite entertaining singing along with the radio to "Grandma Got Runover By A Reindeer" -- complete with an interesting dance number, too.
I love Christmas. I love my family. This is great!
Whee!
