I just spent almost $140 on RPG Books.
Mage: The Ascention specifically. I feel so guilty.
DOorDICE.com rox the box, yo. Good prices. They're cheeper than buying from the source.
I suddenly want Werewolf, Wraith, and Hunter books.
If things go well, I may get a group to play with next Semester.
Perhapse even a game over the summer, since my brothers will be around.
I don't know how to be a Storyteller, though.
Curiously, would any of you out there ever be interested if I tried running a game here, online, through e-mail or something? I can see several of you wincing already, remembering our attempts at Rifts. I would say, 'This will be different,' but I can't promise that. I think it would be, though, and I'd only be interested in taking a small group, three or four members.
Tangentially (one day I'll have to see if that's a word -- it's difficult as all hell to actually say), if ANYONE out there is interested in SELLING used White Wolf books, I may be an interested party. Post a comment, send an IM, drop me and e-mail, I'm really not that hard to get in touch with. I'm most specifically looking for stuff from Mage and Wraith (with maybe a little Werewolf) right now, but anything put out by White Wolf would be of interest to me.

Date: 2003-03-30 12:46 am (UTC)That game would have so rocked once Gryphon got the whole group together. Alas, I think a number of us were too young/too busy too keep up with it, and it started to fall apart.
A felinoid sorceror, though... Serval would have rocked.
I almost want to go dig that campaign out of the grave now. -laughs sadly-
