Heh, yeah, now imagine how much fun it was to code all those embedded images. -giggles- The sad this is, it was fun. -facevault-
Anyways, it's not so much that I'm trying to get away from Vash -- as I told Mel when she asked for a picture of me, I enjoy being associated with him. However, I do want to use some of these others -- the Chivalry Icon (1,1) that Ms. Chuu made for me, for example. I also like the Angels Icon (1,2) and the Neo-Shock Icon (4,3). I, too, like VashWrath2 (8,6) but the trouble with VashDespair (5,8) is I've never been able to fit it with one of my Keywords (Dark maybe...).
Oh my goodness! ^__^ The Vash ones definetely have a lot of expression to 'em. Also, in the second row, I really like the red robed wizard, as well. I have him on a bookmark, and he'd also make a really neat Magic illustration, to boot. ^_^ I also really like the "Chivalry is not dead" one, as well. ^_^
As for the Red Wizard, yes, he's actually on a book cover, too. I think he's done by 'Brian Weiss' or something, but don't quote me on that. The actual intent of having him on my computer at all is, truthfully, as Art Fodder for the M:tG Set Editor. If that doesn't just scream "Red Burn," I don't know what does.
The Chivalry Icon I thoroughly enjoy. ^_^ I've been saying that line for years now (though, I would argue that most people don't understand what true chivalry is anymore). My friend, Ms. Chuu (http://www.livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=ladyyuna) was kind enough to make it for me after I'd stolen Her Matching Icon (http://userpic.livejournal.com/4211469/565784) for my collection. I have an assortment of other Icons which have struck me in one way or another, but as those aren't specifically -my- icons (and as such I wouldn't use them), I didn't post them here.

On a side note, I know you're trying to go away from Vash a bit, but I really like Vashdespair.jpg and VashWrath2.jpg. ^___^ They're spiff!
Anywhoo, work, comment later.
