I hate DC.
Whoever designed the roads was on acid.
Whoever designed the HIGHWAYS should have been shot.
I just spent the last 1.5 hours driving up and down 295 looking for exit 1. There's an exit 3A, 3B, and 4, but no 1.
Hence, I missed my appointment at NRL today.
I have to try again on Monday the 24th at 3pm.
I hate DC.
