Yeah, Phil was a cool guy, from what I remember. Strange, at times, but cool.
I only know a couple ways to track people down, and it mostly involves whitepages.com, so it's not a very sophistic stalking meathod, and it typically requires an address, phone number, or at least a last name.  ^_^;;
