You called me for advice on *clothes*?

jackofallgeeksSo, Anastasiya just called me. She's got a date in... I guess fifteen minutes now, to go to a concert with this boy, and she didn't know what to wear. So she called me. When I asked her what possessed her to call me for advice on what to wear, she said because I was a guy, as though that explained it.
Yeah, I'm still not getting that one.
She then proceeded to throw out three or four different outfit ideas and, while I tried to get a word in edgewise*, she suddenly decided on an as-yet unmentioned outfit, thanked me rather profusely and hung up.
Girls are weird.
* OK, to be fair, it wasn't that bad: I dad manage, after a couple outfits, to suggest something involving a dress shirt and a tank top which was at first discarded out of hand and, moments later, discarded because he dress shirt was wrinkled and had coffee spilled on it. But still, I really don't think I did anything more than give her smeone to talk at. It was very strange.
