This is partly for me to figure out where I'm at and where I need to go, and partly as an update for you people, because I know how much you care.
Classes end this Friday. 'Exam Week' is next Week, which is funny, as out of 5 courses, I'm only having 1 exam that week. I fly out Thursday afternoon, which is a little disappointing because (1)it's so far away and (2)if I'd known how these exams were being played sooner, I could have left a day or two earlier.
(8th)Tomorrow I have an exam in Intro to Security; easy grade, no need to devote time to it.
(8th)Tomorrow I have an exam in Compilers; easy grade, but I might look over a couple things later tonight.
(8th)Tomorrow we're having a guest speaker in Paradigms; I should go to that.
(8th)Tomorrow is a Holy Day of Obligation; I should look into getting to mass.
(9th)Friday I have a 1-page homework thingum to turn in for Innovations. That will need to get done tomorrow night.
(9th)Friday they reopen scheduling. I want to see if I can take Forensics and Formal Methods in place of that Math course and Software Methodology next semester. It's a tough decision to make.
(11th)Sunday I have my Compilers assignment due. I 'finished' it yesterday, and really finished it last night. Done.
(11th)Sunday I have homework for Networks due. I did that yesterday. Done.
(11th)Sunday we have a Networks lab that Steve's going to want to get together for.
(14th)Wednesday at 0800 is when I have my Networks exam. That's going to suck. I'll need to be rested and fed. I should probably study.
(15th)Thursday I fly home in the mid-afternoon, and get home in the evening. I want to have everything done before this happens.
(16th)Friday, the 10 reading summaries, covering 13 chapters, are due. It's my own fault I haven't kept up on them. At my current rate, I'll have them all done before Tuesday. I may try to speed that up.
(16th)Friday I'm supposed to have a dentists appointment. They'll need to schedule a follow-up, too, because I'll be damned if, after so many years, my teeth don't need some work.
(16th)Friday it seems I made plans to go out to dinner with Tina; hopefully this won't need to be postponed due to dentistry; I'd forgotten the teeth bit.
(18th)Sunday I have plans to have dinner with Anastasiya. I'm hoping this doesn't conflict with anything, and that I don't have to postpone it.
(20th)Tuesday I have my C++ and Ada programs due. I may leave my C++ program as is (broken), and all I need for the Ada (presumably) is to add on a GUI to what I've already made.
(20th)Tuesday I have a date to meet Claire for brunch at about 1030 in Richmond.
(20th)Tuesday I'm going down to North Carolina to see Sara and her daughter, and presumably her husband, who I haven't see in years.
(22nd)Thursday I have a 5-page paper comparing Java and Ada due. I'd like to have this done before I go home, and I'm well on my way to having all my information. Failing that, I'll just drink lots of coffee the first few days I'm home.
(22nd)Thursday I'm coming back home from Sara's, possibly with a short stop by Virginia Beach, if I can swing it, to say Hi to the Crofts.
(23rd)Friday, if everything goes right, we're supposed to get a Family Portrait. I'm particularly interested in one of Our Immediate Family and The Original Nine.
(24th)Saturday is Christmas Eve!
(25th)Sunday is Christmas Day!
(26th)Monday is the Day After Christmas!
(27th)Tuesday I'm getting a number of friends together from various states to have pizza and visiting. I'm really looking forward to this.
(31st)Saturday is New Year's Eve!
(1st)Sunday is New Year's Day!
(3rd)Tuesday I fly back West.
(4th)Wednesday classes start again.
