And unless I'm mistaken, the other night while I was napping, and Curtis and Mike thought I slept, Mike asked Curtis if I were gay.

Now, when the girl sitting in my lap and nuzzling me thinks I'm gay, that's one thing, but dude...

I have nothing personal against gay guys, but I mean, do I really come off like that (or is this another case of Mike 'projecting')?

Update:(16:37 2/1/05) And this is why I shouldn't pay too much attention to what I hear while napping. Apparently he asked if I was 'okay'. Seems he thinks I've been spending too much time playing video games or something. -laughs- Go figure. Though, I wasn't completely out in left field, cause he has accused at least one other room-mate of being gay, so...

(no subject)

I just asked Meghan on a date. Sorta. It wasn't said in those words, and it's not really the sort of date I'd like to take a girl on, but...

Rose hasn't been feeling well, it seems, and Trevor invited me out to dinner with them on Friday to help cheer her up. Which is funny, if you think about it, but that's not the point. Anyways, I said that I'd go because, when all's said and done, I don't really mind hanging out with them (there are times and moments, but over all...). Then I sent an email off to ask Meghan if she was free to come out Friday night, particularly because I hate being a 3rd wheel. And it's nice to have backup in these sorts of situations. And I do intend for it to be a date, from my end.

Not that I feel secure about much of any of it - like I said, it's not the sort of first date I might wish, going to dinner with Trevor and Rose. And i'm not even sure how things with Meghan and I might pan out, but I guess this is sort of meant to test the waters. Or something.

Anyways, we'll see if she's even free that night. It's kinda last minute.

So get this, it seems there's Some Guy out there claiming to be me. Well, sorta.

I logged onto Facebook this month to see he'd tagged me as a friend and, after a little consideration, I tagged him back. -shrugs- Why not. How often do you meet a guy with your name? Oddly enough, he seems to be CompSci, too, put professes Liberal political views.

He's also a comedian. -laughs-

In taking my courses in psychology and philosophy, it occurs to me that I am both emotionaly immature and morally vicious, if not necessarily to a greater extent than most. Even with that caveat, I don't think I like the thought, and I wonder how much of it isn't me worrying.
