It's like ham, but grown in a lab...

So, I found out why my Spam wasn't coming through -- it seems it's all being routed through my LiveJournal account (which means it all followed me to my temporary account), and since my school address wasn't allowing that to come through... Now if only I could remember what/where I registered with my LJ address, I'd know who to be angry with for sharing my address...

In other news, it seems my school address is accepting from Amazon.com (which is a good thing), and a couple obscure (to me) domains that Kirt and Kate use. Still nothing coming through from yahoo, though...

In still more news, my ears are almost all cleared up, I'm very hungry (comes from not eating breakfast), I need to change all olf my addresses to the new house, and... Oh, I know there was something else...

Anyways, I think I'm gonna go to the basement and take inventory of the junk we've thrown down there. It's Intern-work.

Like a fracture in a Sewage Main

It looks like my school mail is back. I came back to the desk after lunch, and I had a huge pile of backdated spam spilling out of my inbox.
I think what happened was that a mail server went down over the weekend or something, and when the school's webmonkeys came in today and noticed it, then got to work fixing the trouble, and all the mail came pouring through. Whee.

Though, I still haven't received the two test mails that Alison sent me. Curious.

Anyways, I think I'm out of the office now. Got a few hours to kill before the game tonight. I think I may go hang out in Barnes and Noble or something... that'll be dangerous...
