The Saga Begins
Nov. 19th, 2001 10:32 pmWell, here's my first post, to officially start my Journal.
Quite an interesting concept, though, don't you think? I mean, really, if you have a journal, isn't the general idea to write stuff you WOULDN'T share with other people? I mean, it really seems to defeat the purpose, having a public, or quasi-public journal.
In any case, I'll try to ignore that as much as possible. I'll try to ignore the fact that some of the people I KNOW are reading this are also those I'll be talking about. I'll try to ignore the fact that, in general, anyone I MIGHT be talking about COULD have access to this journal. In general, I'll try to ignore the fact that this journal is on display for, plausibly, the entire internet to read.
I'll just pretend like none of you exist. ^_^
And so, I welcome you, figments of my imagination, to the world in side my head. Many times it's melodramatic. Often it's dark, and just as often random. But, it's the world in which I live, and you now have a front row seat.
Well OK, maybe it's more of the third or fourth row back...
And a little to the left....
With one of those dam pillars in the way. Why do they even put those IN there?
I guess to hold up the ceiling, but I digress....
