Succesful Failure

One of the major points of the article seems to be Failure, and the stigma surrounding it in today's society.

The idea that Failure is always and ever a harmful experience, and should be avoided and buffered against whenever possible. That Failure is the greatest blow against a child's developing identity, worse, even, than moral corruption.

And then we're surprised when a person is caught cheating--at Scrabble, on their taxes, et cetera, et cetera.
