Good Morning, Dave.

He shut the door behind him, threw his bag on the floor, and walked over to the computer.

Well, t'day's been alright. Only one class on Tues/Thur, and that's Religion. Seems like an alright class. Trevor's got a 9:00 class and I don't start till 10:35. I heard him get up, but wasn't really awake until after he left for class at 8:55.

He shook the mouse to get the screen saver to stop and entered his password. It's odd, but he's kinda a privacy freak at times.

Anyways, I showered and everything. Didn't shave like I'd wanted to, though. Maybe I'll do that later this afternoon. I found the room easy enough, but chose the wrong side of the room to sit on -- two Jocks (read: that guy in school who doesn't REALLY want to be there, so he just makes fun of the teacher and cause trouble) were sitting next to be, and were a nuisance the whole time. I'll make a point to get there early on Thursday so I can get a seat on the far side.

The screen came up a second later, and he went through his usual routine. No mail in his box, nothing interesting on the Boards.

I went to have Lunch with Becky, then. I met her outside South and we sat with Jen, Brookie, and that one guy -- he's cool, but I can never remember his name. I got a chicken sandwich, and after Becky mentioned she'd finally gotten a Cell Phone we went around the table exchanging numbers.

He deleted a few shortcuts he never used, and wondered how they'd ever gotten on the Desktop.

I stopped by the Visitor Center to see about a job and got an Address to e-mail. Brookie also said she'd find out what she could at the Box Office. Chatted with Claire for a moment online -- she was doing her nails, some weird green color. She said she might be up early in February, and we might get t'gether then. It'd be nice to see her. -nods- Also chatted with my Cousin Meredith, who's really fun. Nicest 13-something I've ever met. -nods- I got heer onto LiveJournal, but she hasn't set it up yet, let alone make an entry. -shrugs- With time, perhaps.

He opened up a page an started looking over some Russian Fantasy Artwork. Some of it was quite... odd.

I guess that's it. I should go send off those e-mails, maybe see about what books I need to buy. Brookie wants me to drive her out to Linens and Things later -- her room got flooded over the break, so I guess she needs new bed clothes.

He laid down on his bed, put on his headphones, and refused to think.

Lean On Me, When You're Not Strong

Well, took Katie and Michelle out to Linens and Things and got a bunch of stuff. ^_^ It was cool, cause Katie's really nice, but she's always been kinda...distant? Anyways, it was cool to hang out, and stuff, and I liked helping them out. Katie's odd about her bed, though -- she got two foam pads, two pillows, and a couple 'pillow protectors.' I thought that's what pillow cases were for. And Michelle got us lost. Again. If she'd only told me we needed to be on I-95...

Got back and found a kind letter from Ms. Bateman. Quite appreciated it. Brightened my day. Also found that my cousin, Meredith, started her Journal. She did a nice job, too, though she needs some User Icons.

And I just finished one of the most... interesting Smallville Episodes, which ended with "Mad World" from Donnie Darko! w00+

Claire, Amanda, and Moving On

Well, I think I want to share a bit more of the inner workings of my life with you people. Honesty's a good thing. I've always known that, but it's still difficult sometimes to say what it is I have to say. I've been learning recently though, thanks to Claire and Amanda, that I'll feel better if I just jump right in. Also, I would like to consider you all dear friends, and I would like to offer my support, but also feel I can ask for someone to be there when I need it, too. I'm not Superman, and I should hope it's not too much to ask that I not need to be him. To that effect, though, I should make an effort for you to understand how things are going, why they're going, and maybe the hardest part of all, where I would like them to go.

I wasn't going to cut this, because I'm always afraid people won't bother to read it if it's cut. I'm afraid it may get very long, though, so it may be best if you sit down.
Here we go. )

And so, I'm done! Whee. I'll go do someting now. -nods to this-
