Today was a 'Good Day'

Today started about, oh, two or three weeks ago, I think. Claire told me that she was going to be in DC this Friday and Saturday, and had nothing on Friday to do. She said that she could be here as early as 1:00, and odly enough, that's when I get out of classes on Fridays. It later was revealed that I'm on my Easter Break this weekend, and have NO classes on Friday, so attempts were to be made to try and spend the entire day together. Claire had vague notions of having to be back at the hotel before 9:00, but if she got here at noon, that's nine hours. Not too shabby.

The Day Of Judgement Has Come

Technically, I've been playing Magic: The Gathering for about half my life, I think. I started in '95, that's almost 8yrs ago, it's a rough enough estimate.

In my time, I have seen many expansion sets. I claim to have started with Fourth Edition (and if you want to get REAL technical, the first cards I ever started messing around with WERE 4th Edition, before anything else came out), but for all intents and purposes, I started PLAYING with Ice Age. It was a fine time in the history of Magic - I would almost say it was one of my favorite sets (and at least it gets an Honorable Mention).

I think, in general, people don't change. They may seem different, but I would argue more stays the same than changes. One question that all this hinges on is how well you knew the person in the first place. if they never were who you thought they were, I'm sure the differences can be drastic.

I wonder how much fortune cookies would be. I think I should go get a drink.

I had alot to say, I think. I'm really rather bored. I wish I had someone to play Magic with. Maybe I should watch some Anime later...
