Apparently not, actually. There was a discussion about that somewhere and they linked back to the GPL Guy who wrote about why selling software doesn't break the GPL. Something along the lines as, "so long as you provide the source, do what thou wilt."

Framkly, I think I'd have to agree with one thread I saw: this is great for no other reason than it's getting Linux out to the masses. Which I argue is a good thing.
