To Fine an Unknown Man

This
is an amusing article. Some politician in Kentucky wants to ban anonymous
posting online (in order to crack down on so-called "cyber-bullying"),
requiring people to register to sites with their real name and email
address, under threat of fines. But... how do you fine someone if you don't
know who they are?

I keep meaning to make a post on cyber-bullying...

If you had to enter personal information for every single post you make, or website you'd like to sign up at.. just imagine the information the government agencies can grab on you.

.. and people were freaking about facebook.. psh. at least you have the OPTION to not join it because of privacy issues. If the whole internet was like that I'd be rather unimpressed.
