Ha ha. As soon as I know, I'll let you. So far, the process has been a little frustrating. Kinda like, "uhm, OK, why can't I just make an offer and be done with it?"

But you really will have to come visit. That's a big part of why I'm going through with this. (That and the whole bit about it being better to own than rent because, well, it's yours.) In fact, if everything goes well, the whole lower level is going to be my 'guest room' (complete with full bathroom and walk-in closet)!
