You know what's awesome? When something I loved as a child meets something I love as an adult. Like ThouShaltNot performing "Within You" from Labyrinth. There's no accounting for taste, I'll admit, but I love This Song.

And just because I never share my music and I love this song, The Root Of All Evil by Abney Park.

While I can definitely appreciate how awesome it is when an old love and a new love combine. For me, while it was very cool and neat, it's hard for me to see anyone doing that song better then Bowie. :)

Oh, I definitely agree: I love covers, which is one of the reasons I think that song's so cool, but it's a rare song* when I think the cover is strictly better than the original.

(*this has happened more than I can account for.)
