Sometimes I just don't feel like I have anything to really look forward to. M:tG on Friday nights is the highlight of me week. I mean, yeah, long term I expect I'll have a nice, interesting job, a house, friends and family in the area. And I hope to one day be looking forward to a wedding, a child, a father-daughter dance. But I've never been very good at looking to the future, and for the next year (roughly) all I'm doing is class, research, M:tG, over and over and over again.

*sigh* I'll get over it. I should (1) write some emails, (2) do some research, and (3) read some. I really need to take longer stretches of contiguous time to read, because as it is I read in fits and spurts and it's really starting to irritate me.

Or maybe I'll watch a movie.
