I just saw the pilot and second episode of Firefly.
I am now biying the box set off of Amazon.
I will be seeing the movie Serenity as soon as is prudently possible, once it comes out.

And the coolest little bit is that Jewel Staite, who plays the ship's mechanic, was Becca on "Flash Forward" back in '96. I had such a crush on her.

I loved that show. I don't remember ever seeing the last episode, though -- in fact, I was never really aware that it'd died, it simply faded away.

Tucker was cool, a bit of a fool, but he got Becca. And, I mean, Becca. I still love that diminutive solely because of her part.
