Only cause that was taken JUST after building both the desk and computer.

Out of curiosity, is there any deeper significance to the Tarot cards?

Tangentially, do you know how to play Tarok? Because I don't.

Nothing without meaning.

Never heard of Tarok. Is it supposed to be a card game with tarot? I've heard that was fashionable once.

"Out of curiosity, is there any deeper significance to the Tarot cards?"

I'm glad you asked (I was hoping someone would). Nearly everything I do holds significance; it's just the sort I am. The desk you see there (and I see here), is set up full of little clues to who I am. As noted in a recent post, I love making my space 'my own.' I'll grant that some of the DVDs I have are just up there because I own them 9but that I own them says something).

But the tarot:
Three of Sword - Heartache and sorrow. Forced separations, loss of love or loved ones. Loneliness. Emotional upheaval. Intense emotional pain or scars. Disappointment in love.

Ace of Swords - Masculine. Courage and fortitude. Belief in ideas. Championship. Artificial intelligence, computers. Analysis.

Nine of Swords, reversed - Fear, suspicion, and loneliness stemming from unfortunate, bad experiences in the past. Unable to completely recover. Remember, this too shall pass.

Four of Swords, reversed - Return to the outside world. Back into action but in a different capacity. new relationships.
