Oh, cause I guess it's pertinent, my uncle showed my dad 'Napoleon Dynamite' the other day, and I sat down and watched it with them.

Yeah, I want those two hours of my life back.

That movie should just blow up

Finally, someone who agrees with me! Everyone I know loved that damn movie. I kept waiting for it to pick up and after an hour of torture I gave up. To this day I wonder what the appeal of the thing is... The only positive result was a sudden craving for tatter tots, but once that was satisfied I just felt better I hit the stop button.

Finally someone who agrees with me! I kept telling people that it simply looked like a stupid movie, and I had no interest in watching it, but they kept saying there was a kind of, what, subtle beauty to it?

The biggest problem I have with it is that, as Curtis might say, it's "one of those movie." The only real point I could find, the only purpose it seemed to have, was a documentary on losers. People who have it so bad that you feel good about yourself in comparisson. I mean, the protagonist was a rather ignorant, inept, caustic, loser. The girl was cute, but vapid more than anything else.

Anyways...

Ok, I think I'm gonna go with you on this... We have simmular tastes... not gonna see this movie, because, yes, it looks stupid.
