So, right, fine. 'Yong Yu' is the gay guy I used to know as Austin, back before he took a trip to China, got adopted, and decided he's Chinese. I don't have a problem with that. But now all he does it whine about how we never talk, and when we do I never post it all over my journal. now, first off, I don't (contrary to popular belief) post everything I do and say on this journal. A lot, yes, but not all. And secondly, there's never anything of import said when we do talk. Our conversation last night consisted of him:

• Making me guess who he is (after changing his SN).


• Telling me he missed me (since, you know, I've only ever seen him for about 3 hours in the last 3 years)


• A short discussion on his name-change (specifically, that he had one)


• An even shorter discussion of a new anime he watched (anime does nothing for me, these days).

All told, we were 'talking' for about half an hour, and nothing was said. -shrugs- At least nothing I felt compelled to post on.
So that's that.

Oh, my God, Andrew. Firstly - YAY TO NO ANIME. Although "Hellsing" is pretty good.

Secondly - Austin (for I staunchly refuse to call him by his ridiculous Chinese name) was, to me, intolerable the first year I met him. He started out cool, but very quickly became and annoying little shithead know-it-all who I'd just as soon have kicked in the face as had a conversation with. Now, though, he's really, really bad. I've managed to get him to dislike me, so he doesn't come around bugging me, but the dramatic crap he pulls on my friends who still tolerate him (ie, you and Beth) drives me batshit.

Not to mention he's up to some pretty ignoble things these days...

Anyway, just...props to you. I understand.

Firstly -- it's really not so much "No Anime" as it is "Meh, Anime." I don't mind it, but I'm not particularly interested in it, either.

And, yeah, I think I'd agree about the ridiculous Chinese name thing -- I guessed he was either Austin, Jenny, Christine, or shitting with me (in that order) and he said no. So I called him a bastard (for saying no when I was right) and he didn't understand why.

And yeah, I think I'm right with you there on the started-out-cool-but-,-when-you-are-exposed-to-him-,-he-is-really-annoying-and-shithead-like-ness of him. It just hadn't caught up to me now cause I only saw him that once three years ago, and then he moved to China.

He bugs Da Beff? We should flay him alive. Or something.
