I like dark music (as you well know), but I'm really not so much into screaming-type. Lyrics mean to much to me; in fact, if I can't understand the lyrics (for whatever reason) that really turns me off from a band. And I've been turned off from some goth-type rock bands that could have been really good -- nice female vocals and haunting melodies -- until the male voice comes in yelling or dreadfully low or otherwise distorted. Just not good stuff.
Yeah. I like your dark music too. It made me laugh. I'm exactly the same way. If I can understand the words, I dont like it. So when we were in Auba, my brother bought a Led Zepplin DVD that is like perfect, if you're high. Yeah so some of the songs go on for like an hour and the have like random guys being arrested and people riding on horses with masks on. Its weird. Anyway, the point which I'm trying to make is that I can't understand half, let alone ANY the things they are saying, which makes we even more confused, and dislike even more. It made me and a few other people feel like we wanted to get high. But it makes sense to my brother... not going to say anything...
