Ask me your questions, Bridgekeeper. I am not afraid.

You get to ask me any one question--no matter how crazy, inappropriate, etc.--and I promise to answer it truthfully. So, go for it!
(You can ask multiple questions; I will answer truthfully, but only *have* to answer the first one :-p)

I recall my dad once telling me about confidence, and how it's really just an act when the rubber hits the road. You can be uncertain and unsure, but if you make it seem as though you have confidence then... -shrugs- That's all there is to it, I guess. He once said something about how leadership wasn't much more than giving others confidence by presenting it yourself.
My cousin related to me a quote once that went something like "Make it as personal as you can. Believe me, you can't imagine a feeling everyone hasn't had. Make it personal, tell the truth, and then write 'Burn this' on it."
And I have to say I'm a fan of a certain Latin proverb that goes "when there is no wind, row."
