I was actually just thinking whether I say any such things myself and I can only really think of one truly unique one. "Isn't he dead yet?" which almost invariably follows the mention of any older celebrity. I believe it all started with Tom Jones releasing that album a while back.

And we use "And stuff." as a non-sequitor alot, often to and fro as we think of a new topic of conversation. "And stuff." "And... stuff." "Wow. Yeah and stuff. Oh did you hear..." etc.

A guy I was at school with used to say "Chicks dig it." It was his answer to just about any arbitary question containing "why". Sometimes it was hilariously funny. Actually come to think of it we had tons of these at school. We had "One chop short of a BBQ" to describe someone who was somewhat crazy... and it quickly became "that guy's a real chop" or occasionally (if we were feeling generous) "a chop an a half".
