Showing My Sister Shapes
Apr. 10th, 2004 01:13 pmKids are funny.
My littlest sister, Emily, is about three now. She thinks she's eight, just to give you a sense of her personaity. Very aware of her suroundings, and very intelligent.
I was showing her shapes, like blocks and stuff, to see if she knew them.
Andrew: What's this? (shows her a star.)
Emily: A star!
Andrew: And this? (shows her a rectangle.)
Emily: A rectangle!
Andrew: This one? (shows her a crescent.)
Emily: A... moon!
Andrew: And this? (shows her a circle.)
Emily: Another moon.
Andrew: This? (shows her a pentagon.)
Emily: Uhm... dog house!
